The purpose of the article is to introduce the concepts of stress coming from both outside and inside. Most people think it only comes from the outside, but I&#039;ve found that some of the most dangerous and damaging stress comes from the inside.

I plan to do some followup articles expanding on the subject in the near future. If I had said everything I could say about the subject, it would have been 15,000 words long! Too, too, too long for one post.
